About Marc & Michelle: A Northwest Las Vegas Real Estate Team
Two agents, one phone call
We're business partners, not a couple. People ask. We've been a team for more than 15 years. Michelle moved to Las Vegas 33 years ago from Morro Bay, California. Marc came from Portland, Oregon, in 1994 and has lived in the northwest ever since. We sell as a team, so when you call one of us you get both.
That matters more than it sounds. A house hunt doesn't wait for anyone's day off. If Michelle is at a closing, Marc can open the door on Saturday. If Marc is writing an offer, Michelle is on the phone with the lender. You won't get handed to an assistant you've never met. It's the two of us, start to finish.
We split the work by what each of us is good at, and we overlap on purpose. Michelle is the connector: she's a Google Local Guide, she knows which new restaurant is worth the drive, and if you're moving here from out of state she'll make sure you know people by the time the boxes are unpacked. Marc spent more than 30 years in sales and knows a guy for everything. When the inspection report comes back nine pages long, that's handy.

Buyers and sellers
We work with buyers and we work with sellers. Plenty of our clients do both with us at once: sell the house they've outgrown, buy the half-acre in Centennial Hills they've been eyeing, and line up the timing so they only move once.
On the buying side, we're known for the homes that are hard to find online. RV garages, because the MLS field for RV parking is so often left blank. Horse property, because Marc lives on it and knows what a tired barn costs you. New builds, because the builder's sales rep works for the builder, and somebody should be at the design center for you.
On the selling side, we price from what buyers are paying on your street right now, not from an algorithm. Then we market it like we mean it.
How we find clients (and keep them)
Every month we mail more than 300 "Marc & Michelle Making a Splash" postcards. There's a recipe on the back. People keep them on the fridge, and when they're ready to move, they call. This is how we sell houses.
Then we throw parties. A cookie party at the holidays. A Fourth of July party. Pool parties, because this is Las Vegas and pool season starts the day it hits 100. Our clients become our friends, and a lot of our business now comes from those friends sending us theirs.
We're also pool people. Before real estate, Marc was the number one salesman at selling pools, and he has designed hundreds of them. We still do pool design under our own names, and we'll tell any new-build buyer what to ask the builder for before the plans lock.
