Search Northwest Las Vegas Homes for Sale
Search every home for sale
This is the same MLS search agents use. Start with the northwest zips (89129, 89131, 89143, 89149 and 89166), and call or text us when something looks right.

How to use the search
- Pick your zips first. Most of what we sell sits in five of them. 89131 covers Providence, Iron Mountain Ranch and the Tule Springs side of Centennial Hills. 89166 is Skye Canyon and the Kyle Canyon builders. 89149 takes in Painted Desert and the north end of Lone Mountain. 89129 is Lone Mountain and the south end of the rural lots. 89143 is the far northwest, where Sunstone is building.
- Set a price range, then widen it a little. A home listed a bit over your number is still worth a look if it's been sitting a while.
- Choose single story if stairs are a deal-breaker. It's one of the first things our buyers ask for out here.
- Save the search. New listings in the northwest can go under contract in a weekend, so let the MLS email you instead of checking every night.
Why the RV and horse filters miss homes
Searching on your own has a blind spot. The MLS has fields for RV parking and for horse property, and plenty of listing agents leave them blank or fill them in wrong. A half-acre with a wide RV gate and a paved pad can show up with "RV parking: none." A lot zoned for horses might not be tagged as horse property at all. Filter on those boxes and you'll never see those homes.
So use the filters loosely, or skip them, and look at the photos. Then send us the ones you're unsure about. We read the listing remarks, study the aerial and, when it's close, drive by and look at the side yard ourselves. That's how we build our RV garage homes list, and it's how we check horse property before anyone writes an offer.
Questions about buying out here? Call or text Michelle, or send a note and one of us will get back to you.
Looking at new builds?
Builder inventory homes do show up in the MLS, but a lot of what builders sell never gets listed at all. If you're shopping new construction, read our page on new homes in the northwest before you register at a sales office. The first visit matters more than people think.

Search from your phone
The MLS Touch app gives you the same listings on your phone, with maps and saved searches.

Not sure where to start?
If the map of the northwest is still a blur, read our community guides first. They cover prices, lot sizes, HOAs and where horses are allowed in each neighborhood.
When you find one, don't wait on it. Call or text Michelle at 702-250-7224 or Marc at 702-768-9670 and we'll try to get you inside this week. You can also send us a note with the MLS number.
