Marc Capri, Realtor in Northwest Las Vegas

Northwest since 1994
Marc came to Las Vegas from Portland, Oregon, in 1994 and settled in the northwest valley. He's watched it fill in ever since. The 215 wasn't built through the northwest until 2003, and a lot of today's subdivisions came after that. More than 30 years of living here is useful when you're buying: he knows which pockets are rural with no HOA, which are master-planned, and why one side of a road can have horses while the other side can't.
He still lives out here, on a mini ranch near Kyle Canyon with room to roam. Country living without leaving Las Vegas is how we describe it, and it's how he lives.

Five horses and a guy for everything
Marc rides. With five horses of his own, he knows what a horse property needs: the right zoning for the number of animals, a barn that was permitted, footing in the arena that won't turn to soup or powder, and a gate a trailer can actually swing through. If you're looking at horse property in northwest Las Vegas, he's the one who'll walk the back of the lot with you while everyone else is inside looking at countertops.
Same with RV parking. He knows the MLS field for RV parking is left blank on a lot of listings, so the homes buyers want most are the hardest to find in a normal search. He finds them by hand. Measure the gate, check the turning room, look at the slope of the driveway. See our RV garage homes page for how that search works.
And he knows a guy for everything. When your inspection report comes back long, that's the phone call you want to make.
A salesman first, and hundreds of pools
Marc has more than 30 years in sales. Before real estate he sold pools, and he was the number one salesman doing it. He has designed hundreds of pools, and in Las Vegas a backyard pool is a big part of what a house is worth. When he walks a resale with you, he looks hard at the pool, because he knows what goes wrong with them. That's the background for our Marc & Michelle pool design work today, and it shapes how he helps new-build buyers: before the plans lock, ask the builder for the pool electrical package, a gas line to the backyard and power at the back of the house. It's much cheaper now than trenching later.
It also shapes how he sells your house. He likes to be busy. "I just like to be busy," is how he puts it, and his clients on Redfin keep mentioning the same thing: follow-through.

Off the clock
Skiing at Lee Canyon when the snow comes in. Riding. Raiders games, and he's counting down to the A's stadium opening for the 2028 season. Maybe a little Golden Knights. And the client parties: the Fourth of July party and the pool parties are as much his as Michelle's.
